  • Review: Rift of the NecroDancer

Feel the rhythm and defeat enemies with the perfect beat. THE GAME Rift of the NecroDancer is a rhythm game developed by Brace Yourself Games and Tic Toc Games and published by Klei Publishing. In another NecroDancer adventure, Cadence finds herself in a world unfamiliar to her, but must still do what she does best: defeat monsters that emerge from the rift using music and rhythm. Attack enemies in time with the music to defeat them and keep the music flowing. Feel the beat and defeat the enemies. MY IMPRESSIONS For those already familiar with the NecroDancer series, it will be easy to understand the dynamics of Rift of the NecroDancer. Just like in the first game in the series, enemies have different behaviors, tied to the rhythm of the music. Learn their patterns to react appropriately when facing them. Additionally, some of them will be more difficult to defeat, requiring a little extra damage. Like in the famous Guitar Hero, enemies advance like notes to be played. If you miss or let one of them pass, you will take damage. If your health reaches zero, you lose. Upon completing the song, you will receive a grade, which is based on how much damage you received and how accurately you hit enemies, as well as your score, which is heavily influenced by your combos. Of course, there is a global ranking system to compare your score with other players around the world. The game's art is very colorful and cartoonish, giving the characters a lively feel. The game is in Brazilian Portuguese, which makes it easier to understand the story mode. With four difficulty levels, Rift of the NecroDancer will appeal to both casual and hardcore players, making it a game that appeals to everyone, including those less adept at rhythm games. There are also some rhythm minigames, which are quite fun and great for taking a breather between one frenetic song and another. Even with the game's many original songs, you can also count on DLC collaborations with other games, featuring iconic songs from Celeste and Pizza Tower, for example. Not to mention the collaboration with Hatsune Miku, which is also noteworthy. And if all that isn't enough, you can create your own music map and share it, as well as download it from other players. In short, it's a game with endless content and full of possibilities and challenges. Music and difficulty for all tastes. ACHIEVEMENTS To summarize, getting 100% of Rift of the NecroDancer's achievements can be summed up in one word: skill. Many of them can be achieved simply by playing casually, but some, like beating songs on the hardest difficulty or achieving S+ ranks, will depend heavily on skill. So, keep in mind that if you go after all the achievements, you'll be working hard to get them. Rhythm minigames are a lot of fun. CONCLUSION For those who played Crypt of the NecroDancer, Rift of the NecroDancer conveys the same vibe as its predecessor. I found it impressive how they managed to translate different gameplay styles while still conveying the same feeling in both titles. It's so rare to find rhythm games, but they always seem to be made with great care. Being able to create your own music maps makes the game endless for those who enjoy the genre. For those like me, who aren't as skilled, the difficulty levels are great for gauging the player's level and avoiding frustration, pleasing everyone who plays the game. For those who were missing a good music game, go play Rift of the NecroDancer without fear of being happy. SCORE: 8.5/10

  • Review: Cipher Zero

Use all the power of logic to decipher the challenges in Cipher Zero. THE GAME Cipher Zero is a puzzle game developed and published by Zapdot. Set against beautiful landscapes and an immersive soundtrack, solve over 300 puzzles that add new rules as you progress. Pay attention to each symbol, as they have their own dynamics and you must learn them on your own, as that's the magic of Cipher Zero: learning through trial and error. At first, everything seems simple. MY IMPRESSIONS The dynamic offered by Cipher Zero is extremely interesting and keeps players who enjoy the puzzle genre intrigued by how the rules are learned. Learning is done through trial and error, and each time the game introduces a new mechanic, nothing is explained in words, but rather through simpler puzzles that serve to show you how that new mechanic can be used. As complicated as some of the game's rules may seem, they begin to make sense the more you use them. And the further you progress, more rules and symbols are added, combining everything learned so far, making the game a constant learning experience, always using a lot of logic. Naturally, the puzzles get increasingly more complicated, but the difficulty curve is quite gentle and progresses at a good pace. For those who enjoy the genre, Cipher Zero will delight and greatly engage their brains. And then things get complicated. ACHIEVEMENTS To get 100% of Cipher Zero's achievements, you'll basically need to finish the game. Achievements track your progress, whether you're successful or unsuccessful. So there's no secret here: finish the game and you'll complete all the achievements. And how long this takes will depend on your logic skills. And they complicate things once and for all. CONCLUSION I really enjoy games that teach you mechanics without using a single word, just making you try and experiment. Cipher Zero does this very well and offers a great level of challenge, striking a perfect balance between learning, understanding, and being challenged. With minimalist art and an immersive soundtrack, it's a perfect game for those who enjoy puzzle and logic games to entertain themselves in their spare time. SCORE: 8.5/10

  • Review: BlazBlue Entropy Effect

Battle enemies using insane and incredible combos in this BlazBlue spin-off. THE GAME BlazBlue Entropy Effect is a roguelike developed and published by 91Act. In a future where the world is in crisis and chaos, people have begun entering the cyberspace known as ACE to find a way to deal with the crisis. Using characters from the BlazBlue series, face enemies using combos and upgrades in fast-paced, dynamic combat. Use incredible skills against your enemies. MY IMPRESSIONS BlazBlue is known for being one of the most complex and incredible fighting games on the market when it comes to gameplay. What would you expect from a roguelike spin-off of this series? These characteristics are maintained in BlazBlue Entropy Effect, adding dynamism between combos and movements that make your character dance across the map, destroying hordes of enemies. With a wide variety of characters, it's almost impossible not to find the one that best suits your playstyle, as each has its own gameplay characteristics and combo possibilities. Add to this the fact that you receive elemental upgrades for your abilities, acquired with each screen you complete, which add an additional layer of combo possibilities. Not enough? Well, it doesn't stop there! When you finish a run with a character, whether winning or losing, you can keep some acquired abilities and save that configuration. On your next playthrough, if you choose another character, you can use this to add upgrades to your current character. It may seem confusing, but everything fits together in such a way that it's incredibly enjoyable to unleash your character's full potential in combos that wipe enemies off the screen. The stage bosses are challenging and require dynamic, fast-paced gameplay, utilizing all your resources to defeat them. The game's art is beautiful, and the effects look like a light show when you start executing nonstop combos. It's a very enjoyable game to play and I believe it will please fans of the BlazBlue series, as it maintains the essence of the characters and offers challenging gameplay for those who want to maximize the game's combo potential. Bosses are a big challenge on your journey. ACHIEVEMENTS BlazBlue Entropy Effect's achievements can be summarized as "try everything," as many of them are quite varied, such as selecting all types of elemental upgrades, completing stages with certain prerequisites that will challenge your gameplay—in short, a variety of challenges that you gradually complete, as the game's replayability is quite high, and eventually, you'll want to experience everything the game has to offer. Definitely, achieving 100% of the achievements will take time and effort to complete. Be quick to dodge the barrage of blows on the screen. CONCLUSION When I started playing, I was a bit lost and didn't quite understand what was going on. However, I quickly caught on and became engrossed in the game, experimenting with characters, abilities, and combos, always impressed by the game's fluidity. No matter which character you play, it's simply a lot of fun to do everything in this game. It's like playing a BlazBlue game, but in a dynamic mode. One downside is that some characters are added through DLC, which in the Brazilian economy is quite prohibitive. The practice of having to pay for a single character never appealed to me. Although it's already been announced that we'll have the Dead Cells character appearing as a collaboration, and it will be free, at least this way we have news for those who can't afford more content. I hope more games do free collaborations. Still, BlazBlue Entropy Effect is a great game, and I hope it continues to receive updates because it's a very enjoyable title to play. SCORE: 8.5/10

  • Review: Swords & Souls Legacy Collection

Embrace nostalgia with this beautiful Sword & Souls collection. THE GAME Swords & Souls Legacy Collection is a collection of vintage browser games developed by SoulGame Studio and published by Armor Games Studios. Bringing together five classic games from the developers, this collection includes: The Gentleman, a puzzle game that challenges you to complete levels in the shortest time possible; The Soul Driver, a game where you must escape the police while dodging obstacles and upgrading your car; Rogue Soul and Rogue Soul 2, a game in which you take on the role of a rogue and must face enemies and avoid obstacles; and Swords & Souls, an RPG in which you train and equip your character to fight in the arena. Relive these great classics, updated for a better experience. Escape from the police and upgrade your vehicle. MY IMPRESSIONS Since this is a collection of five games, I'll dedicate a paragraph to each of them. It's important to note that all the games have been visually and in terms of quality of life, ensuring the best possible experience. Even though they were browser games, their gameplay is excellent, as it was completely updated to modern times. The Gentleman, the only puzzle game in the collection, features the old-school level formula, where you must reach a door to complete the level. Obviously, a wide variety of obstacles and mechanics will be presented, so you must learn how to complete the level as quickly and effectively as possible. It's quite challenging, as any damage you take forces you to start the level from the beginning. Furthermore, some jumps require very precise maneuvering, which can be somewhat frustrating. The Soul Driver features a chaotic escape, where you drive a car while being pursued by the police, who will do everything (everything) to stop you. Along the way, you collect coins and use them to upgrade your vehicle to get further and further, while new dangers are added to the journey. The more dangers appear on the road, the more chaotic it becomes. Regarding Rogue Soul and Rogue Soul 2, I'll discuss them together because, as you can see, they're from the same game series. With a map that advances automatically, you'll have to traverse the maps defeating enemies and collecting treasures. These games require skill and quick thinking, as you never know what will appear next. An honest challenge with a fast pace. Last but definitely not least, we have Swords & Souls. I believe this is the most famous game in the collection and, perhaps, the most beloved. Train your warrior, win battles in the arena, and earn money to upgrade your equipment, improve your training ground, and your own home. Training is done through minigames that require quick thinking and precision from the player. Battles take place in alternating, automatic turns, but the player can use skills and items to aid their warrior. Overall, it's a good collection, featuring simple yet challenging games. For those who miss good browser games, Swords & Souls Legacy Collection might bring back fond memories. Fight in the arena and become a legend. ACHIEVEMENTS In addition to the visual and quality-of-life improvements, achievements have also been added to enhance the player experience, which is great for adding more challenge. Because there are five different games, it's difficult to specifically discuss each achievement list and its difficulties, as they are completely different games. Therefore, players may find it easier to complete achievements in one game than in others. And I think this is the biggest challenge in achieving 100% of the achievements in this collection. While the achievements create a good challenge for the games, not everyone will be drawn to or intrigued by all of them. Find out how to complete the level in the shortest time possible. CONCLUSION We need to bring more browser games back to modern times. As simple as they may seem, they remind us of simpler times, where graphics didn't matter. Fun and challenge were the main focus. I miss simpler games; it seems like everything these days has to be better and bigger, to an increasingly unattainable level. While not all the games in the collection are to my liking, I had fun playing them all, as if I were on a Sunday afternoon, browsing game sites and trying out a wide variety of experiences. SCORE: 7.5/10

  • Review: Toree Saturn

Run non-stop in this frantic game! THE GAME Toree Saturn is a 3D platform game developed and published by Siactro. Controlling Toree, a bird wearing sunglasses and a backpack, race from point A to point B in the shortest time possible, using map resources like speed and height boosters, or the bird's own abilities. Avoid enemies, collect stars, and try to break records on the various tracks offered by this frenetic racing game. Run through colorful and frenetic scenarios. MY IMPRESSIONS With 3D graphics reminiscent of games from the late 1990s, Toree Saturn presents us with a simple yet challenging game for those who enjoy breaking records in speed games. Although the levels are linear, the frenetic pace required to reach high ranks will require the player to pay close attention to avoid losing speed boosters throughout the level, for example. Furthermore, mastering your character's movements is crucial to improving your time, accelerating and boosting when necessary. Checkpoints are scattered along the way, although well spaced apart, but they help in case of a failure mid-course. Overall, the game's appeal lies in achieving the best possible time in each level, discovering the best way to overcome each obstacle faster, almost like discovering the rhythm of each track. Avoid bumping into enemies throughout the stage. ACHIEVEMENTS Unfortunately, as of this writing, the game doesn't offer achievements. I don't know if that's in the developers' plans, but achievements would add an extra incentive for players who strive to achieve the best times in each level. Use the whole scenario to your advantage. CONCLUSION Toree Saturn is a very short but fun game. As mentioned before, its replayability depends on the player feeling challenged and trying to improve their time in each level, which for the vast majority won't be the case. However, that's how the game presents itself: a quick and fast-paced pastime that invites you to get better at it. For me, it was good fun, and I hope the developers add achievements to the game to give players an extra incentive. SCORE: 7.0/10

  • Review: My Friendly Neighborhood

Welcome to the show... of horrors! THE GAME My Friendly Neighborhood is a survival horror film developed by John Szymanski and Evan Szymanski and distributed by DreadXP. Something's wrong with the news channel. An old puppet show is interfering with the programming, and our protagonist, Gordon, is sent to fix the antenna. Arriving at the old studios, he quickly realizes something's wrong. The place is completely empty, or at least that's what it seems. As Gordon explores further, he soon encounters characters from the puppet show, who act strangely and even attack him. Now, our handyman must unravel the mysteries behind all this madness. Friendly? Not at all! MY IMPRESSIONS Imagine a zombie game where instead of the undead, puppets from a children's show chase you. Much scarier, right? My Friendly Neighborhood also uses confined spaces to place you in even more uncomfortable situations, often with no way out other than facing enemies head-on. Initially, you'll be virtually defenseless, but you'll soon find ways to retaliate, whether with tools for close-quarters attacks or long-range weapons. The game also features a customizable inventory, meaning you'll have a limited number of items to carry, all dependent on your ability to fit as many items as possible into the available spaces. To progress through the game, you'll encounter many puzzles, forcing you to explore extensively to find keys and items that will help you progress. The game is in Brazilian Portuguese, which helps you follow the story and understand what needs to be done. The scares are well-done here, using horror in the form of jump scares rather than blood and violence. The whole playful and, in a way, bizarre environment makes you want to understand where this story will take you, with the most diverse ways to do so. Who doesn't like organizing inventory? ACHIEVEMENTS Obtaining 100% of My Friendly Neighborhood's achievements will be a daunting task, as many of the biggest challenges in this journey will involve completing the game in a different way, such as without saving, without healing, or on the game's highest difficulty. Furthermore, if you do finish the game, there are achievements for completing the game on each difficulty and receiving an S rank. Combine this with a few other achievements that, due to the game's non-linear nature, you might miss, and you'll have a tough time completing all the achievements. Be aware: danger can come from anywhere. CONCLUSION Mixing children's themes with horror always works well for horror games. My Friendly Neighborhood is no different, as it uses its resources creatively without resorting to anything too visceral. The puzzles are well-constructed, and the way the map is laid out makes you become increasingly accustomed to the environment the more you play, in a very organic way. While it's not my favorite genre, it compels me to learn more about the story and see more of its creativity at play. SCORE: 8.0/10

  • Review: Curse Rounds

Fast-paced roguelike with unique curses, a Brazilian game inspired by classics like Binding of Isaac. Games-Review-Análises-Conquistas-Achievements GAMEPLAY / VISUAL First of all, everything here is visually black and white. This is a unique and interesting element that gives the game personality, but it can make it harder for new players to distinguish objects, since absolutely everything looks very similar. It’s not exactly a problem, but even a minimal color palette could help introduce new players more smoothly. Gameplay up being not very varied. The feeling is that we don’t have much real choice in what to do, since we rely on luck after each boss fight to choose between two cards that may or may not be useful. There’s also the luck factor with items that drop from the washing machine, which may or may not fit the specific build we’re aiming for. The limitation of bosses weighs heavily, as there are only a few and they repeat until the end of the game. ACHIEVEMENTS In about an hour of gameplay, I was able to unlock all the achievements. This shows that there are no long or complex challenges, but at least the developer avoided the trap of creating grindy time-based or collectible achievements, respecting the scope of the game itself. TRAILER OFFICIAL Resume Despite its flaws, Curse Rounds  manages to deliver a pleasant challenge that can be completed in just a few hours. It can be fun, but the repetition of bosses and lack of variety hurt the experience. The visual style is striking, but it can’t sustain the game on its own, which could have been more ambitious. Inspired by Binding of Isaac , the title ends up somewhere in the middle: it’s not bad, but it doesn’t reach the potential it could have if its scope had been doubled or tripled. In the end, we have something decent that entertains, but doesn’t stand out. Score:6/10 Games-Review-Análises-Conquistas-Achievements

  • Review: Date Everything!

What object in your house would you go on a date with? THE GAME Date Everything! is a dating sim developed by Sassy Chap Games and published by Team17. After your customer service job is replaced by an AI, you find yourself in limbo at your job, as they can't fire you. Then, you're surprised by a message from an anonymous person who decides to send you a gift: a special pair of glasses. And what's so special about them? Well, by putting them on your face, you can bring objects in your home to life, transforming them into people. Not only that, you can develop a relationship with them, whether dating, friendship, or even hatred. Talk to each one and discover interesting stories, while a larger plot revolves around the existence of these special glasses. Your glasses also come to life. MY IMPRESSIONS The world of dating simulators is vast. You'll find a wide variety of themes in this genre, but perhaps no one has ever imagined the possibility of a dating simulator where your suitors are things you have in your house. Date Everything! delivers this crazy plot in the best possible way. With 100 characters (plus a few more, considering the DLC), you'll experience a wide range of dialogues and stories in which you decide whether it's dating, friendship, or hatred. With this variety of characters, we also have a wide range of sexual orientations and genders, validating all types of love. Furthermore, some stories address more sensitive topics for some, but don't worry, the game has a sensitive topic warning and asks you if you want to skip the dialogue or if it's okay to continue, thus avoiding triggering certain topics for its players, which I thought was nice of the developers. Unfortunately, the game isn't in Brazilian Portuguese, which may put some people off, as the game is primarily text-based and you have to understand the context to respond appropriately. All the characters are magnificently voiced, majestically expressing the personality of each character they represent. The human characters' names are puns on the objects they are before transforming, and it's a lot of fun to discover each one. The art is impeccable, and it must have been a lot of fun transforming objects into people, injecting every detail and personality into their representations. The main story unfolds slowly and keeps you intrigued, even if what really catches your attention is the objects' stories. Naturally, some stories will draw you in more than others, but they all have their own well-developed themes. For dating simulator lovers, Date Everything! is packed with content and will keep you playing for a long time. Is bringing your toilet back to life a good idea? ACHIEVEMENTS I must say that completing all of Date Everything!'s achievements will be a long task and will require a lot of attention. While some of them are about specific tasks or collecting items, there are three that will be the most tiring to achieve: achieving all the love, friendship, and hate endings, each in a single run. In other words, you'll need to play through the entire game at least three times, achieving each respective ending for each of the 100 characters. Therefore, achieving 100% of Date Everything!'s achievements can take a while. There is a fine line between love and hate. CONCLUSION Even though I'm not the biggest fan of dating sims, Date Everything! proves that it's a genre that can surprise you. A game that respects diversity and still cares about the player when it touches on potentially sensitive topics. I had a lot of fun playing, especially with the puns on the characters' names. In fact, I really wish this game were in Brazilian Portuguese, just to see if they'd adapt the names as well, which would be amazing. With the game's success, I believe this translation will come sooner or later. I really like it when a game genre rises by thinking outside the box, and we can see that the developers of Date Everything! have done this very well. SCORE: 8.5/10

  • Review: Lost Castle 2

Unite your team and your weapons to embark on a great adventure. THE GAME Lost Castle 2 is a city-building and management game developed and published by Hunter Studio. To overcome the greatest challenges and face the most powerful creatures, equip yourself with the best you have and gather some friends to embark on an action-packed adventure. Take the opportunity to prepare for your journey. MY IMPRESSIONS If there's one thing you can't complain about in Lost Castle 2, it's its variety. With over 200 different weapons, plus various types of enchantments and purchasable upgrades, every adventure has its own unique twist. With a starting village that already offers you some upgrades, you'll begin your journey there, alone or with friends. Unfortunately, the game isn't in Brazilian Portuguese, which can make it difficult to understand some mechanics or item effects. As simple as the game may seem, it's complex when it comes to items and effects, meaning you're always offered many options to choose from, each with a different effect, which can slow down the action. Perhaps, over time, you'll end up memorizing what you like and dislike, but with such a vast array of options, I find it a bit difficult. The gameplay is quite simple, like any good beat 'em up, adding and modifying combos depending on the weapon used. You can also encounter curses, which grant you advantages that come with some disadvantages. These can be purified at springs found throughout your adventure, leaving you with only the good part of the curse as a reward for completing the challenge. The basic enemies aren't very complex, leaving the challenge to the bosses. With so many different routes to take, collectible weapons, and possible effects, Lost Castle 2 will keep you quite busy if you want to see everything it has to offer. Try out the most diverse weapons available. ACHIEVEMENTS Lost Castle 2's achievements aren't particularly surprising: defeat the bosses in each area, collect as much treasure as possible, and complete quests with specific weapons. Combined with a few more specific achievements, completing 100% of the achievements will be a matter of time and effort. Face giant enemies. CONCLUSION Having already played the first title in the series, I can see the significant improvement in Lost Castle 2. The variety of features the game offers is both a gift and a curse, as having many options is good, but having them thrust at you from the very beginning ended up leaving me lost and, in a way, overwhelmed. Even though the game is in early access, it feels quite complete, but with many things already defined to be added and improved over time. SCORE: 7.0/10

  • Review: Beat 'Em Up Collection (QUByte Classics)

A Beat 'em up collection featuring 7 games from the developer Game Beat 'Em Up Collection is a beat 'em up game (or more popularly known as "street brawler"), featuring seven retro games from developer Qubyte Interactive. The game itself includes some features within each game, such as rewinding and adding cheats. In total, there are six beat 'em up games, with Frist Samurai being another platformer. First Samuarai All games follow essentially the same logic and are designed to use the same controls, making it easier to jump from one game to the next. In this collection, you can explore them and play with other friends (with the exception of First Samurai, which doesn't have a co-op mode). Iron Commando My impressions The available games are the street brawler-style games we're all familiar with. Unlike many other classics, the games tend to be simpler, but still provide good fun, like Gourmet Warriors, where after a level, you can prepare a dish with the vegetables and other items you collect after defeating enemies. Of all the games, the one I liked least was Sword of Sodan, which is not only a bit slow-paced, but also difficult to navigate and interact with. Gourmet Warriors Still, for those who enjoy this style of game, it's a good collection for your free time. Achievements The game has a total of 29 achievements, including facing the bosses of the stages, as well as achieving a score or finishing the game. Rating: 7.0/10.0

  • Review:Back to the Dawn

Try to escape from prison through various methods after being wrongfully arrested. Game Back to the Dawn is an RPG/Escape game developed by Metal Head Games and published by Spiral Up Games. The game tells the story of two characters who, after their stories, are arrested and must escape. Focusing on Thomas, after reporting a corporate and government irregularity, he is caught red-handed (undercover) and taken to jail. The game has several options and long dialogues Throughout the game, the player must interact with other NPCs, whether through dialogue or by making friends (or even enemies). With several areas, the player must explore, work, and find subterfuges to find ever-increasing ways to escape. This includes everything from exchanging items to fighting and various dialogues. We can also persuade certain characters, depending on our level, money, and other available stats in the game. The player has several quests, as well as various character statuses (and some schedules for specific things, such as access to the recreation area) My impressions For those who enjoy the genre, and with a lot of dialogue and different ways of approaching the same problem, the game is a full plate The game features several areas, such as the cafeteria, cells, and work and recreation areas, attempting to simulate parts of a real prison. The game's complexity increases with each task you complete, as you'll have to deal with various personal problems, as well as those of other characters, to unfold the story and achieve your goal of escaping prison. It's a very interesting game, packed with options. Achievements The game has a total of 46 achievements, many seeming to be part of the story itself, as they do not explain what needs to be done to achieve them. Rating: 7.0/10.0

  • Review Luto

Psychological horror with an oppressive atmosphere and beautiful visuals. Games-Review-Análises-Conquistas-Achievements Luto is developed by a Spanish team called Broken Bird Games. The studio focuses on narrative and atmospheric experiences, with great attention to psychological horror and the creation of immersive environments. Available on : PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC GAMEPLAY / VISUAL Luto is a first-person experience that blends psychological horror with environmental puzzles and a fragmented narrative. We follow the story of Samuel Hale, a man emotionally and physically trapped inside his house. Gradually, players discover that Luto is closer to The Stanley Parable than to a traditional horror game, with a focus on repetition, loops, and environments that subtly change as you progress. The atmosphere is the highlight of the game. The graphics are incredibly detailed and help create a dense, suffocating ambiance. The art direction is meticulous, with excellent use of lighting and sound to provoke constant tension. Unlike games that rely on cheap jump scares, Luto builds discomfort through silence, repetition, and calculated unpredictability. The scares, when they occur, are the result of a slow buildup of fear and uncertainty. The puzzles appear naturally, integrated into the environment and the story. At times, the game requires careful attention to detail, as progress depends on solving puzzles that can easily go unnoticed. This never feels forced or arbitrary but rather a natural part of the emotionally charged world Luto presents. ACHIEVEMENTS This is where the company’s madness really shows. I’d say that if I gave this game to an 80-year-old man, he could come up with better achievements than the ones included in Luto. Besides numerous missable achievements on the first playthrough, many of the achievements are tied to collectibles that, surprise, are also missable. Honestly, Luto is a good game, but it is not meant to be played with a guide in hand or several times over. The psychological horror really works the first time. Repeating all the sequences and walking through the dark corridors again just to unlock a few extra achievements feels like a misstep from the studio. The game deserved more reasonable achievements. Not necessarily easy, but ones that wouldn’t force replay value or require players to constantly rely on a trophy guide. TRAILER OFFICIAL RESUME Luto is a very interesting game within the proposal of psychological horror with a guided narrative and environmental puzzles. The atmosphere is dense, the scares are well-controlled, and the visuals deliver exactly what we expect from this type of game: immersion and discomfort. It is a brief experience, but one that leaves a mark. If you enjoy games like Layers of Fear or other psychological horror experiences, Luto is an immediate recommendation. It does not try to reinvent the genre, but it delivers a focused, intense, and engaging experience with great polish. However, the achievement system breaks part of that magic. By demanding multiple playthroughs and guide usage to complete everything, the game ends up working against its own goal of delivering an immediate emotional impact. Still, it is a project that deserves attention, especially coming from a small team that clearly put a lot of care into what they created. SCORE:7/10 Games-Review-Análises-Conquistas-Achievements
